For personalized stuff, unless they made the mistake, you probably can't return it. That's usually the policy for custom items everywhere.

I don't think you can return personalized items if it's your error. If they messed up, then yes, but not for a customer mistake.

My last order, a water bottle, took about 3-4 days to personalize before it even shipped. So factor that in.

It's not instant. I'd say give it at least a week for the personalization process itself, then add shipping time on top of that. Personalized stuff always takes a bit longer.
